Hi, I have been very frustrated just trying to get to an online chat window, your website is simply awful, just sends me round and round in circles! I am continually getting messages saying my subscription is expiring.
Please advise me what I need to do, my subscriptions to Internet Security expires in October 2026 and AVG TuneUp in October 2025.
I too find navigating for support is next to useless No Chat, No Email. If it’s there it’s impossible to find and all avenues for support just go back to the start. I was hoping to inform you of a AVG Scam email going around, but it seems AVG is not interested in human interaction unless it’s selling. Lift your game AVG or start losing customers quickly. After sales support is imperitive to keep loyal customers, and your support seems non existent at the moment.
Hi User59, thanks very much for getting back. I am glad I am not the only one to find the support pages impossible to navigate. I am treating the emails as suspicious, query scams!
