You can ignore the promotional offer. The smart scan is limited and scans only few important folders of your PC. I suggest you to run our deep scan.
Click the Run other scan and choose to run the deep scan.As you have stated threat alert, please let us know about it.You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I have subscribed for one year with the AVG just a week ago. now when there is security threat alert and i am trying to solve it. the system is asking me for two years subscription. Could you please help me solve the problem. I am using it only for one personal computer.
