Please share a screenshot of the error code and also share a screenshot of the computer notification (which says about a virus) to assist you further. You can post the screenshot here on your topic. I do have an account but it is not working i cannot uninstall or repair, the app will not launch all i get is an error code of OxE001003D and it will not tell me anything, and i think i have a virus my netgear keeps going down and my computer says i have a virus, which is probably the virus
