Thank you for your reply, Please download AVG Remover tool (http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe), run the downloaded file, select all AVG programs and click remove (or click run anyway), please ignore the restart (if AVG remover tool ask for a computer reboot), please download  AVG clear tool (https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe), select AVG Zen box, click on remove. Please reboot your computer once, when AVG Clear tool ask for a computer reboot.  After reboot, please go to C drive and delete AVG remover folder. Feel free to contact us again if you need any further assistance.
