I am repeatedly being billed for a duplicate subscription I don't need

A few months ago I got a bill from AVG asking me to renew my subscription, which I did. (The AVG Windows app tells me my subscription ends April 27 2026). I am now getting frequent emails telling me that I am going to be billed again next month for a license code that doesn’t match mine. All attempts to contact AVG tech support have failed. Finding help online is like playing a bad adventure game. I’ve removed my credit card info from my account but can anyone tell me how to persuade AVG to stop billing me for a license I don’t want?
