I am trying to get a refund

How do I get a refund? When I go to support all it does it take you in circles.I have contacted my bank (fraud department) and they say to contact the supplier. I live in New Zealand and I dont want to phone another country and waste money and possiable get no action. I have a case number if that may help me out 22924134

I’m having the same issue. Have tried to get a refund but it the site takes me to a chat area and I’ve been waiting for a human agent for two hours. Very frustrating

Same issue. I requested a refund the day of being charged (4 days ago), no response from the support chat which it seems you have to speak to finalise the refund being processed. I took screenshots of the unresponsive chat, including the date and time, to prove that the refund was requested within hours of being charged, well within the 30 day limit. I have attempted to request a refund and wait in the chat three times now, all without response.
Unfortunately, it seems like Kelsey’s solution is the only one at the moment.

I’m getting the same issue. Going around in circles for two days now. They caught me on the auto-subscription after a trail period ran out. No warning given and now its impossable to cancel and get a refund. Tried the chat and didn’t even get through, tried thier contact number and it doesn’t exist. How do we cancel this or rather how do I cancel the lot, don’t want anything to do with the company or its products again!!! :frowning_face:
I have now also tried to see if PayPal can help as I’m not getting anywere with AVG. Won’t be using anything from them again!!!

Contact AVG through their facebook on facebook messenger. Seems to be the only way they will respond to anybody
