To get your issue fixed, we request you to uninstall all AVG product from your pc using AVG remover tool and then install AVG PC TuneUp in your pc to install the paid product. To run AVG remover tool please follow the below steps :

Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Product and remove it.
After paying $69.99 a couple of days ago - you are still asking me to sign in to my account. I dont seem to have an account> Please help me.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
Then press Widow key + R on your keyboard and type "appwiz.cpl" and hit enter. From the control panel choose AVG Zen and uninstall it from your pc.
To install AVG PC TuneUp please click on the following link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_PCTuneUp_765.exe download and install the file. Also the license number has been sent to your registered email id.
