Unfortunately I can't find any AVG license connected to your email address, please provide us with some identificator.

I bought a new license for AVG internet security on nov. 17th. Although is was paid correctly I didn't receive an e-mail wth the new license key. I've tried the 'lost license form' to get it but it doesn't work. Activating the new license key in AVG itself doesn't work either. Maybe I wrote a wrong e-mail adress in the purchase form?
Could you please help me out?
