When you buy AVG from our official web store, you will receive an order confirmation which contains the activation code. 

Since you bought the product from a reseller, you will receive a unique code from them. You must use this unique code ro register the product with us so we can send you the original activation code. I am afraid we cannot help you without the unique code.

I would request you to contact the seller to get the unique code and share it in an email reply to keep it private. Appreciate your understanding.
