I bought the 2015 tune-up on Dec. 24th. After downloading it, it didn't ask me for my license number. When i click on the tune-up icon it asks me to buy it again. the charge is already on my credit card. How do I activate this program to work?

I bought the 2015 tune-up on December 24th.  I tried to install it but after double-clicking on the download, it didn't ask me for my license number.  The problems are still on my computer and when I click on the tune-up icon, it says the computer is not optimized and I need to buy the program.  I already have the charge on my credit card. What do I do (and please be very specific) to activate the program fully?  Thank you.
