Today i order Tune Up with the reference nr. 36-3799449 and for the price of € 29.95. Opening the downloaded file i was informed that the program would be UNINSTALLED. At the same time AVG declared to be sorry about "my departure" and proposed a special offer do buy Tune Up for € 20,97 ! So I bought it…again (reference nr. 38-3754781) and this second version started well is allready working.  With this message i ask you to refund me the first payment of € 29.95 done by Paypal.  Thanks in advance, Miguel Louro in Portugal, phone nr. +351 964046852.
