I bought twice the same Tune Up. How to get refund?Today i order Tune Up with the reference nr. 35-3848618 and for the price of € 25.46. Opening the downloaded file i was informed that the program would be UNINSTALLED. At the same I realized taht i already bought a licence in september 2014 for € 29,95 (reference nr. 38-3562984) and this version started well is allready working.  With this message i ask you to refund me the first payment of € 25.46 Thanks in advance
