Are you using AVG Antivirus free or paid AVG Internet Security program?
Do you mean to say that your PC is not able to connect to internet when AVG Antivirus free is active?

I cant access to the router i test when i uninstall avg i can access to that but when i reinstall avg i cant do that to change router settings i need help in spanish plz
