I can not see my new subscription

Please clarify whether AVG Secure VPN is installed on your computer.
You can check if there is a desktop icon for AVG Secure VPN on your computer.
Alternately, you can check the programs list on your computer (Goto control panel - Programs - Programs & Features).
Also, let us know if you're referring to the online portal as AVG account (my.avg.com)

Hello: I`ve paid a new subscription to AVG VPN 1.11.771, with my credit card,  and I can`t see in my PC if this subscription is in working or not. It doesn`t appear when I visit my AVG Account.
