I cancelled my subscription but you charged me anyway

I apologize for the inconvenience.

On checking, you have been charged for AVG Internet Security (1 computer) 1 year today for AUD 89.99.

Since the auto-renewal was enabled, you have been charged automatically from your payment card.

As requested, I have processd refund for the same and an email confirmation has been sent.

I can assure that there is no active AVG subscription under your email address registered with AVG.

I cancelled my subscription awhile back but I’ve just been charged. I had spoken to someone at your end and they cancelled it for me. They told me I wouldn’t be getting any more emails from you. Yet here you are sending me emails and taking money out of my account. I explained to the person I no longer have the computer and so I don’t need your service.
