Hello Mike. Is your AVG Family safety registered under the same email address that you are providing while uninstalling it?

I cannot uninstall AVG Famly Safety from my windows 8 machine. I enter my prompt in the uninstall prompt window and it keeps saying "invalid credentials." This also happens when I change the password in my AVG account. The AVG account password always works. The administrator password to uninstall Family Safety doesn't work. Help!
