This is the expected behavior as most of the banking and streaming websites will have their own restriction policy which will not allow access when a VPN application is used.

However, you can try selecting the following locations Gotham, Miami, New York, Seattle, Wonderland in AVG Secure VPN and check whether you are able to access the streaming or banking sites.

My renewed subscription won't let me connect with my Bank of America account when VPN is on. I never had a problem with VPN before renewal.
