I can't get AVG to understand

I keep getting charged $ 106.61 on TWO different chase credit cards by AVG.  

AVG's request a refund webpage gives a "try later message".

I already have a subscription till 2027. I use the email address of (Email address removed for Privacy reason) with their website.  

Please look at my profile and credit me for all of the subscriptions with ZERO activations.  

I am using three out of ten licenses in one single subscription.
