I can't log in from website,also cannot register from software

One question: if i don't register the product,and just activate it…is ok to use for one year…?

Marco, glad to hear that you are able to login to AVG MyAccount.
Please note that your AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) subscription will not appear under 'My Subscriptions' tab in online AVG MyAccount because you bought it from a reseller. AVG product visibility in your AVG Account does not impact the functionality of previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation of newly purchased AVG products.

We'd once again like to confirm that you have successfully registered the product with us on 13th July 2019. You can now activate it on one Windows device. I've sent an email containing the activation instructions to your registered email address, please check your inbox and spam box as well.

There shouldn't be any issues with the log in of your AVG MyAccount.
Could you log into the AVG MyAccount from another browser and check whether you get the same issue?
If the issue persist, do turn off the antivirus application that you are using and try accessing the site.
As per our record, you have already registered your AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) license and it is valid till 13th July 2020.
Let us know whether you have received the full license number? If not, we will send it from our end.

Hi, i activate my (avg pc tuneup 1PC/1 Year) today and i got email from avg…but when i register product , it said (your registration counld not be transmitted yo our server…)
When i try to log in to avg account from website,
The connection has timed out

The server at subscriptions.avg.com is taking too long to respond.

    The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
    If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
    If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
So what can i do…

I am unable to activate my subscription from any browser on any device I have, PC, Android or iOS.
I can login to the main account but the subscriptiion page never loads. And when I try to activate from the AVG app I get a Something Went Wrong message below the activate code box
