Hi, I'm really dispointed about you AVG. I bought Family safety for my business today. I've instlled it on 2 pc : windows 8 and windows xp. NONE of them works because family safety will not reconize my password. I've tried some manipulation i found around the net and none of them works. And the password i'm entering is totally the right one. I found maybe 30 threads since 2012 about this problem and you never provided a solution. Why are you selling this product to people??? Why dont you help them??? Offering them a refund is great, but maybe you should'nt have sell this at fisrt!
I bought many AVG business edition for my business thinking you were a good product and the day i will need support, you would be there… but it doesnt seems to be the case.
I want one clear solution for this problem. I expect to solve this by monday. If you can't provide me the support i'm requesting, sure i will ask for refund, but i'm also done with the business editions for my company.
I think it's unacceptable to sell a product you know it has a major problem like it. The product should at least be sold with the solution. or not be sold at all.

Windows 8 is not supported by Family safety, you can read it on our page and in FAQs, I recommend always check support first.
