I want to log in to My AVG Account so that I can manage my subscriptions.
However, I either have forgotten my password or the system won't accept the correct one (I was at one stage pretty sure I knew my password until I kept getting 'you have entered the wrong password' message on the log in page. I have also tried various combinations of what I think the password could be, still nothing.
My next step was to reset my password by sending a link to my email. However, every time I send enter my email address I get the message "There is a problem with your request. The information you submitted has already been used".
Can I please get this sorted as soon as possible? I'm essentially locked out of My AVG account and can't manage my subscriptions. Meanwhile, AVG will keep automatically billing my account from renewing my subscriptions.

Yes I did see that I was recently charged for the renewal of AVG Internet Security, which I don't mind. I just want to change my other subscriptions.
Also, please note that the link to reset my password does not work. I have included the following screenshot for you to see the result when I try ressetting my password. I have tried multiple passwords too.

It's not working. I tried Internet Explorer and Opera Web Browser - where as I got the message " Please Check your Email", the email hasn't yet appeared in my email. This was more than one hour ago.
Can this issue please be resolved? What is going on?
