Sorry for the delay in responding. The detection was found in the "Time Machine backup file" hence it can't be removed. I would recommend you to create a new backup and remove the one with the infected file.

Can't quarantine "JS:Cryptonight [Trj] Volumes> Data> Heather's MacBook.sparsebundle> bands>1dd2". I am not given a prompt to sign in either in order to have it go to quarantine. This notice was in the ! bubble beside Retry ("Retry >" was in red)- "Sorry, we couldn't move this file to quarantine. Either the file has moved, it no longer exists, or you don't have permission to move it."
