I cant scan my computer due to ads

my answer got deleted weird? anyway what was said there is that AVG fixed it self when i tried to open it today just hoping it had fixed it self or something like that before i uninstall it which i didnt it said that there is a problem so i restarted my computer as it suggested and the same msg came so i restarted it again. then when i opened a msg was there saying that there is a newer protection version (it wasnt there before all the restarts also the update is set to auto) so i update my protection version and restart then when i open it ask for another restart and then here i go i can access the protection window and it actually asking if i want to try the free trial again which i will never click it. xD Thank you alot for your help but i guess sometime you just have to leave it to time bc this is tech the second day after this question was posted

Hello Adham,

I apologize for the inconvenience. To scan your computer, we need to uninstall the trial version and then reinstall AVG free.  I would request you to follow the steps in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product to run both the removal tools AVG Remover and AVG Clear tool to remove the AVG traces completely from your computer.

Once you uninstalled, please follow the steps in this article to reinstall AVG free http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-AntiVirus-Free

Note: Before starting the installation, please select "Basic protection" to install AVG Free.

If you face any difficulties, please contact us.
