I can't unlock my phone!

Hello!
I have some troubles with my phone which is samsung galaxy S7.
My sister gave it to me last week. I change the sim card and when I opened it, it's locked and I forgot my password. It says please enter privacy protection password.I tried the passwords I sometimes used but it doesn't open.

I ask my sister about google account but she forgot her password already. She can't even remember activating an anti-thief or whatever on her phone.

I already perform factory reset and many other instructions but nothing happe
