I can't upgrade my AVG

Hello Dvir.
I request you to click this link
 http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
to download and run the AVG Remover tool.
Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your pc.
After the restart,  manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of Mycomputer.

Helo,

I tried to upgrade my AVG PROTECTION but the upgrade failed.
He says "An error occurred when saving the configuration connection is off-line"
