I did not authorized charge

I also have been charged for the VPN Subscription that I canceled a long time ago that kept messing up my phone and computer. I did not authorize this charge. If you look in my list of subscriptions it is not one to annually renew. I talked to my bank and had to get a new card with new numbers and AVG tried to charge my new card. AVG should not even have that number. I have tried to cancel my AVG subscriptions which is only one subscription for antivirus protection and there is no cancel button or unsubscribe button in the manage my accounts section. I feel trapped! I called the number my bank gave me to contact AVG and it say's the mailbox is full. There is no support number to call. Cancel me now for antivirus protection and anything else you think i have and i know i do not.

Hello Lisa,

We regret the inconvenience caused. This isn't the experience we wanted you to have had.
When you receive a new credit/debit card because your previous card is lost or has expired, most card companies use account updater services to automatically update your payment details. This allows us to renew your subscription without you manually updating your details, so that our customers can avoid any interruption to the service they've subscribed to.
Upon checking your account, we can see that refund has already been initiated for your AVG Secure VPN subscription. The refunded amount may take upto 7 business days to reflect in your account.
Also, we've cancelled auto-renewal for your AVG Internet Security subscription. You can rest assured, as your AVG Internet Security subscription will not be renewed and no money will be taken from your account for any future renewals.
Let us know if you have further queries.
