you automatically renewed me. I don't want your services anymore. I went with someone else

I had the very same issue Linda…I got on the website the day after I got a one year renewal I DID NOT WANT!!  In fact my situation is I have a DUPLICATE charge for TWO of the Basic Antivirus Service!! All I want/need is ONE and for only 3 devices (Max). I NEED to Get a REFUND for the $ 107.99 charge ASAP! Please email me as to how I can do this?

PS:  I emailed YOU AVG the very next day after the one year renewal occurred!!  I have gotten ZERO Reply!!
