What should I do if I didnt get the refund since months? It should have arrived in 5-7 days, this was 2 months ago. I wrote several times after that but I didnt even get a single reply. I think the best way would be to report it to the consumer protection, since the 30 day money back garanty is a lie, and AVG basicly stole my money.
Have you resolved the issue? I’m having the same problem right now. They stole my money, I requested a refund, on my order history it says ‘‘Refunded’’ But I never got the money. Also they don’t answer the phone support and support on the website is the worst support I have ever seen. No options to talk to moderators anymore after it says ‘‘Refunded’’.
