You have been charged AUD89.99 for the AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices (2 Years) purchase made on 23rd July 2019.
This is the standard purchase made from your end and it didn't happen due to a renewal.
Do you still confirm to get refund for this charge?
We also noticed that you have been charged AUD79.99 for the renewal of AVG Secure VPN - Windows PCs subscription on 21st July 2019.
However, you already have AVG Secure VPN - Multi-Device subscription valid till 29th May 2020 which can be used on Windows, Mac, Android and iOS devices.
If you have this multi-device subscription then it is not necessary to have a separate subscription for AVG Secure VPN for Windows PCs.
If you give us a confirmation, we will process refund for the AUD79.99 charge debited on 21st July 2019 as well.

I also noticed the duplicate VPN subscription and I would really appreciate it if one of them could be refunded please. I'm not sure how the double up occurred. Many thanks.

I received an email saying I ordered PC Tuneup - but I didn't. I have been charged for it. It is order number (order number removed). I don't want this product. How can I get a refund.

Thank you for the confirmation.
We have initiated the refund for AVG Secure VPN - Windows PCs and AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices subscription and an email has been sent explaining its status.
Earlier, we introduced AVG Secure VPN product only for Windows PCs and later  multi-device product was released for it.
The functionality of them will remain the same, but the difference is the platform on which they can be used.
