I needed a fix where I had to update all my drivers, and this program seemed to be the best (and I already use avg), so I took the trial, not intending to buy the product. When I had used the services I needed, I tried to cancel my subscription, but I couldn’t find the option (which I still can't), and slowly forgot about it, thinking that maybe the service just ended when the trial was done. But I was completely wrong, and now they have charged me for the full service. I only fund this out when I checked my bank account and saw a transition for Dri'avg Technologies. I tried to go to the refund page, but I could neither find reference number nor product Key. When I go to my main AVG programs subscriptions, it only says I have the AVG internet security. When I installed the product, I didn’t have an account linked to my avg and had instead used a key. I now made an account and linked it to my avg, but when I log in to https://account.avg.com/, it says that I don’t have any subscriptions or payments. So, the only thing I have now is the bank transition.
I am now totally lost, none of this seems to make any sense and it is not very user friendly at all. I really hope you can help my though this problem, since I usually enjoy your product.
