I downloaded the new version of AVG PC Tune Up. I paid for it and I have a license number for it. But it won't install because it says the download is defective. Why did that happen and how can I fix it?

I see, if you have AVG PC TuneUp upgrade is free but license is valid for limited time.

Hi Matt,
Not sure what you mean by that(why would you pay for reinstallation), but if it give you option to uninstall/reinstall you probably have TuneUp already installed.

Matt, I presume this was the install file (http://download.avg.com/filedir/inst/avg_tuh_stf_all_2014_489.exe) that you used?.
