can someone pls help me what do i do? the guy told me to contact them in 24h if the charge still stays, and now i no longer have the option to contact the staff and im afraid the bank might want interest..Also i didn’t have any money in my bank account and now im just in minus (-100). Last month i got the free trial and it expired, and by auto renewal i got charged for the whole year subscription.I called the bank and they said that i should contact AVG but they don’t have any contact support.
Oh dear…same with me. I used to have the VPN as well as security and antivirus. I couldn’t afford these after a year and I thought I cancelled them all. They did nothing for the next year but plaster my laptop screen with ads to reorder for magnificent savings. I still did not… Suddenly they say I ordered the free trial which I did not! They auto deducted $100 from my bank yesterday and that money plus more was there for my vehicle payment! Now it will fall short. I am so very angry. They get their money, they take pages to advertise their product, yet never answer your help question, nor even act like they’re interested. It’s terrible. Hoping I can find some answer here as I research. I’m going to report them as a scam if something isn’t done.
+44 800 066 8173, british AVG call centre, i called them yesterday they told me they are working on the problem and that i should wait within 3-5 business days and they will email me. You should call them as well. Hope it will get fixed.
Contact the AVG business page on Facebook messenger. It’s the only way I was able to get a hold of them
