If you activated the subscription using activation code, you may receive the subscription to link it to AVG account.
I request you check if AVG account appear in Menu section: Open AVG Internet Security and go to ☰ Menu ▸ My Subscription. The duration of your subscription, email address and activation code will be visible from your Menu.
If you received any error message or want to check the notification, please help us with the screenshot of the pop-up notification you got. You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I had a nmessage from AVG that this device is not linked to my account, and I should open My Account
- but when I do so I can see nothing telling me how to link this device. Is it done already? Just by opening my AVG account?
