I have a friend called Jayne and today (23 Dec) received an email from Jayne. Unfortunately this turned out to be from jayne@route2fitness.co.uk which I now see is a spoof toget me to download a TROJAN. How can I find out if I am infected

NEIL, If you are in any doubt in order to analyze it please provide AVG with GMER (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/GMER-Scan-Result/) and AVG scan result export (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/AVG-scan-result-export/).
