I have a new subscription and cannot get my clean up to work

I recently bought AVG security and the clean up program.  I have downloaded the security but the clean up all I have is the icon.  It keeps saying locked and there is a problem.  I would appreciate some help.

However, upon checking your account, we're able to see the AVG Internet Security subscription alone. We're unable to find TuneUp.
