I have a subscription valid through February 2021

Have you fixed your "technical Issues"?  I'm still not able to use your product that is requiring I pay again.

AVG for some reason indicating my "Trial Subscription" is over and I must now pay.  I have a subscription valid to February 2021 with an account key - but I cannot find where to enter the account key.  I've gone so far as to delete and reinstall the product - but no place can i find to input my account key.  How do I fix?

Fairly streight forward - the program will not allow me to utilize without payment.  I've a key and my current subsription does not expire until February 2021.  If I hit pay there is no place to indicate that I have a subscriptin or place to input my key.
