I have a virus on my Samsung Tab 3. I did a reset on the device and the virus still persist. Can you help me?

So I must report the malicious app and that is all? There's nothing you can do for me now?

Hi Jan,

This is really strange because factory reset will revert device to the same state as it was after purchase - unless you are rooted or flashed different ROM.

However there is the possibility that you've restored installed apps when logging in to refreshed device. In this case I'd recommend going through installed apps and removing those you are not using or do not recall installing. If you already know the name od the app, then please report it to us as Alan suggested previously.

So, I have been using AVG Free for Tablets and I downloaded a game from the Google Play Store and AVG detected it as a threat but I ignored that and allowed the download of the game. Now I have been having different ads (pop-ups) being displayed in every program even when the screen is on the homepage. I did a factory reset to try and correct the issue but nothing has changed. I've scanned several times since and it detects nothing. What should I do? Can you help me?
