I have AVG Ultimate, the anti tracking is not working

This isn't the usual behavior of AVG program. Let us work towards fixing the issue.

I have AVG Ultimate, AVG Anti Tracking wont work i get an error message or asking for a code to activate. the code i got e-mailed when i purchased is not the correct code for AVG Anti Tracking.

Any advice on how to fix this issue?
