I have been charged 44.91 when i did not sign up for this i would like a refund please

We acknowledge your refund request.
You have been charged GBP44.99 for AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices as you there was a 60 day signed up for it which had auto renewal enabled.
An email notification was sent on 17th February 2019 to let you know about this process.
May I ask the reason for getting refund?
