I too just received an email from <notification@mails.avg.com> with the following message:

A breach on one or more of your accounts has exposed your private info.     
Leak details
    
Breached account files.miyako.rocks
Found on 16 Sep, 2021
Your leaked info Leaked: exposed passwords…

Open AVG AntiVirus, navigate to Hack Alerts and resolve the issues.
Please ignore this if you’ve already changed your password.

Do you use the address:  notification@mails.avg.com
I think that is phising ??
