Linda, Have a look @ this article (http://avgclick.me/SupportContacts). When completing the Technical Support form, you must fill in all the boxes before the contact options appear below the form.

I keep getting a pop up at least once a minute that says AVG status check isn't working or AVG click starter is not working.  I have tried the new e-mail address given on this site, but when it says "choose how you would like to contact us" there is no choice to make and nothing to click on.
