Is it trial, free or paid version?
Have you installed the latest 2016 version of AVG program?
I use Microsoft Outlook. I have no idea what a web based email is. The emails appear in my inbox in my account with Mweb and they appear on my cell phone but when AVG email scan is on they do not appear in my laptop inbox. When I deactivate the email scan then they all appear in my laptop inbox.
I have had to disable email scanning and protection because it is blocking 95% of my emails and the other 5% take half an hour or so to come through. What can I do about this. Marian.
Thank you for your help. I performed the repair as instructed and it seems to have worked. I will monitor it carefully and revert to you if there are any more problems.

Thank you for the information. Do you use any email client like Outlook or it is a web based email to check your email? If it is a web based email, please note that AVG does not interfere with your email and that content is scanned by other AVG components.

Webmail (or web-based email) is any email client implemented as a web application running on a web server. Examples of webmail software are Roundcube and SquirrelMail. Examples of webmail providers are AOL Mail, Gmail, Outlook.com and Yahoo!
We request you to try the repair installation of AVG Internet security program once and then check whether the issue persist.
