i want to know when can i get my refund? i have cancelled the subscription within 30days, i thought it will auto refund me, but after more than 2 mths, u still not refund. when i ask the refund, u said i need request refund, when i ask can u show me the clause i need to ask refund if i cancelled within 30days, then no respond at all. this is really mis leading us. pls respond as soon as possible. thx
