I have paid for my subscription for 2 years

I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. I would suggest you to logout and log back in to AVG Zen once and check if that resolves the issue.

1. Please open AVG dashboard and click on your email address at top right corner.
2. Then select Leave this network option and confirm it by clicking on Leave button.
3. Click Connect at the top-right of the screen, then click Log into an existing account.
4. Type your email address and the password you created for your AVG My Account during the purchase, then click Log In.

If the issue persist, please try to uninstall and re install AVG Secure VPN .

I have paid for a 2 year subscription for privacy and still use the free anti virus soft ware.  Even when logged in it shows me asrunning a 30 day trial??? How do I fix this?
