I have just renewed my subscription for AVG Security, but I am still getting messages from AVG that my computer is not protected. How do I get AVG to recognise that I have paid? The have sent me an invoice, (Number 2802041472) and stating the amount taken by credit card from my bank. Why is my computer not covered?
