I have purchased AVG 2015 Ultimate, when I try to install it I am getting an installation error. I previously installed AVG 2013 on my system and my computer will not let me uninstall this product to install the new one. What can I do?

Glyn, Try removing AVG by downloading & using the 32 or 64bit Remover (http://www.avg.com/ww-en/utilities) [Scroll Down], whichever suits your system.
