My this new PC is with AVG protection, with lot of security but I get lot of messages from various companies like Google, Microsoft, Face Book saying there were some suspicious activities or some one trying to use my id or other people trying to enter my account? 

Will you kindly check these and tell me that I am protected. I am 72 years old and I don't have much knowledge about computer system including hardware and software.
