I know it must be disappointing when the product you are using for long time starts malfunctioning. I will help you to fix this. I see that there is two products under your account. AVG PC TuneUp and AVG Driver Updater. Could you please let me know the name of the product you are facing issues with.

i have windows 10 but the information says from AVG says i have windows 8. And i have problems with popups. I have scan the computer made updates but the problems is stil there
