I haven’t got my refund

It has now been over two weeks since I requested a refund, but I have not yet received the amount back to my account. When I previously contacted support, I was told that I would receive a full refund, but unfortunately this has still not happened.

As I explained earlier, I no longer use the device where AVG was installed and do not intend to use the product on any other device. The charge also caused my bank account to go negative, which has been very inconvenient.I kindly ask you to update me on the status of my refund and to proceed with returning the full amount as previously promised.
