VIPUL, Have a look @ this article (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-restore-changes-made-to-your-computer-by-AVG-PC-Tuneup). Also you can try using some file recovery software, for example Recuva (http://www.piriform.com/recuva) to get deleted data back.

I just installed and run AVG PC TuneUp 2015 and after running it I lost all items from my desktop folders. These is my last five years collection. I am 67 year old and not expert in computer. I am using TuneUp since long time and I never had this type of problem, but after installing AVG I lost everything. I am literally crying. I tried all night yesterday because my useful data is lost. Even I system restore is also not working because of antivirus. I disable my antivirus ESET NOD 32 antivirus but because of AVG TuneUp it is not restoring

System restore should still work when Tuneup isn't running in Turdo Mode.
